In order for the festival to take place, it requires lots volunteers of all ages from across the community. Volunteering is fun and rewarding to be part of a team, get to know new people and know you are helping support village life and fund raising.

Without volunteers helping over the weekend the festival is simply unable to take place.

Volunteering can be as a little of 2-3 hours and requires no long term commitments, attendance of meetings, commitment to future events or lengthy training.

Just your time and enthusiasm is all we need!

Our main event field hosts our live bands, activities and displays throughout the weekend. We invite commercial business to provide on the field take-away food and drink as well as paid public activities. Previous years activities have included inflatables, children’s games and fair ground rides. The event has been very well supported by the local public from the village and across Coventry & Warwickshire.

Commercial pitches need to be first discussed with us by contacting brinklowfestival@gmail.com or Facebook Messenger to discuss the services which you can offer and the commercial basis of operation.

How to find us

Brinklow itself is just a 20 minute drive from the centre of Coventry or 15 minutes from the centre of Rugby.

We have ample festival parking off Coventry Road which will be clearly signposted off Rugby Road. Parking with a programme is £5 per car. Please support the village by using the festival car park rather than parking on street.

Stall Holders

The festival provides a great opportunity to showcase crafts, gifts, produce or local businesses. Each festival we welcome 30+ different organisations to meet and sell products to the expected thousands of visitors. Stalls are charged at £10 per day for a 4m x 4m pitch.

Charities also enjoy having stalls to promote groups to new members, supporters and highlight the work which they represent. Stalls for charities are free of charge.

Businesses selling take away food and drink for consumption and providing paying activities such as inflatables and rides would require a commercial pitch under different terms to a stall holder which can be discussed by contacting us or brinklowfest.co.uk/commercial 

Stalls are located on our main village festival field alongside our main stage, live bands, activities, commercial stands and entertainment. 

All bookings are accepted on the understanding that we reserve the right to cancel and refund in the event of changes to COVID restrictions or poor weather. Our full terms, conditions and stall holder information is found on the second page of the application form below.

COVID Statement

Important Update – June 2021

The Safety and support of village residents and all visitors is of vital importance.

Sadly the festival committee have decided to cancel the event for August 2021 due to ongoing uncertainty over government COVID restrictions.

We hope to return in August 2022 and will update via social media closer to the time.
