We are back in August 2022

New for 2022 the Scarecrow trail will be running for a whole week from Friday 26th August to Friday 2nd September. Throughout the village will be our scarecrow trail which will have over 75 displays. 

The Festival will run on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th August. On the main village field will be the live stage with bands and artists, family rides, inflatables, food and drink stalls. On both days will be over 40 stalls selling a range of handicrafts and gifts as well as community group displays.

Across the village our 3 pubs, shop and takeaways will be open.  

Saturday 27th August sees the return of our popular dog show and for the first time a dog demonstration team. RAF Hurricane Flypast

Sunday 28th August we welcome a large display of classic cars and vehicles and Brinklow model railway display. RAF Lancaster Flypast

As a family we loved it. We had grandparents on mobility scooters and babies in buggies. It was accessible to all. Loved that residence had food and drink stalls. We used the WI stall! Loved the fair in the field. Parking was well organised.
